LycheeVibes ("we") operates the shop at lycheevibes.com and the member area at account.lycheevibes.com. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use our sites.
Who we are

Data we collect
- Orders: name, shipping address, email, order details, payment status. Card data is processed by Stripe or PayPal; we do not store full payment credentials.
- Account: email and profile data via Supabase Auth when you register.
- Cart: items stored in your browser's localStorage until checkout or you clear storage.
- Technical: IP address and similar logs may be processed by our host (Cloudflare) for security and delivery.
Third parties & embeds
- Supabase — authentication and database.
- Stripe / PayPal — payment processing at checkout.
- Cloudflare R2 — product images.
- YouTube, Vimeo, Bilibili — videos in product descriptions load only after you click "Load video"; no connection is made until then.
Fonts (Montserrat) are self-hosted on our domain; we do not load Google Fonts from Google's servers.
Legal bases (GDPR)
Contract (orders), legitimate interests (security, running the shop), and consent (embedded videos where applicable).
Retention
We keep order and account data as long as needed for contracts, accounting, and legal obligations.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. EU users may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
